LENGTH OF SHOW: January 8, 2026 - April 7, 2026. This show will hang for approximately 3 months.

SIZE: 30 pounds max, 36”x 24” max size, 2D or 3D hangable work that meet all TAA hanging guidelines. Please note that there are no accommodations for free standing 3D work.
SPECIAL NOTICE: FIRST COME BASIS for submission. In the event that we have more entries than the venue can display, the decision regarding which pieces will hang will be up to the venue.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
• Art must be original with no ideas or references copied,
• When choosing your art submission, please be aware if the gallery is a family/kid-friendly venue.
• No prints or reproduction, with photography being the only exception.
• Art can be for sale or NFS.
• Art work cannot be taken down before April 7, 2026. Buyers can pick up after the show ends.
• All artwork must have a label on the back with artist’s name, title, medium, price
• All 2D or 3D (hangable) artwork must adhere to TAA guidelines. You must review the Hanging /Framing Mandatory Guidelines for TAA.pdf and label your art. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any artwork not abiding by these practices will be declined.
• Painted surfaces must be dry.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
I agree to deliver my artwork ready to hang in accordance with the hanging standards linked below. Neither TAA nor the TOWN OF FARRAGUT is responsible for any damages. Please ensure your piece is properly prepared for transport (padded, etc.).
I agree to label my artwork with my contact information on the back of each work, using the official TAA label.
DISCLAIMER:
By your submission (SUBMIT button), you agree to allow your artwork and images of your artwork to be used by TAA or TOWN OF FARRAGUT/CAMPBELL STATION INN for publicity purposes in print, online, and social media.
A digital image of your work must accompany your email registration.
