FEE: $11 per submission payable by link below or in person at drop off. Maximum of 1 entry. 2-D and 3-D.
COMMISSION: GSMHC will take a 30% commission AND handle the sale and packaging for the buyer. Helpful tidbit: tourists love artwork that fits in the trunk and is reminiscent of their visit to the Smoky Mountains!
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: Monday, June 23, 2025
DROP OFF: Artwork drop-off will be June 30, 2025, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church (6500 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville, TN, 37919). Please pack your art for safe transport. Art that is not labeled appropriately or wired for safe hanging will not be accepted.
PICK UP: Monday, August 4, 12:00-1:00 pm at Westminster Presbyterian (6500 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville, TN 37919).
SIZE/ PLEASE NOTE LIMITATIONS: 1) Consider the weight of your piece to be a factor in safe installation. 2) No larger than 16 x 20 or 320 sq inches.
*SPECIAL NOTICE: This will be a “first come, first served” basis. In other words, we will accept the first 40 pieces and others if there is room. No guarantees beyond 40 items, so submit soon and best of luck!
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
I agree to deliver my artwork ready to hang according to the hanging standards linked below. TAA is not responsible for damages. Please have your piece ready for transport (padded, etc.).
I agree to label my artwork with my contact information on the back of each work, using the official TAA label.

HOW TO NAME YOUR DIGITAL PHOTO ATTACHMENT
Take a high-quality (squared-up) photo of the painting only (unframed painting to avoid glare) and crop it to just the image, correctly oriented (horizontal or vertical.)
The painting image must show only the painting; no mat, frame or background should be visible.
Open the .jpg file and change the resolution to a minimum of 300 pixels per inch, sized to a maximum of 1800 pixels on the LONGER side, saved as maximum quality not to exceed 3 MB.
Name the file as: Artist Name (LastFirst)_ArtworkTitle_media_size (HxW).jpg
Example : SmithJane_RedTulips_acrylic_20h12w.jpg
