STATUS: Open to members in good standing (current, paid membership).
FEE: $11 per piece payable by link in submission form or in person at drop off.
Up to 2 entries per artist.
COMMISSION: 20%
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: Monday, March 30, 2026
DROP OFF: Monday, April 6, 2026 10am to Noon at Campbell Station Inn
PICK UP: TBA
LENGTH OF SHOW: 3 months

SIZE RESTRICTIONS: 30 lb. limit framed -
Minimum size unframed 5” x 7”
Maximum size unframed 22” x 30”
Non-hanging 3D art is not accepted at this venue.
Work must meet all Hanging Guidelines for TAA.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS: Most venues are family/kid friendly venues. Each venue has its own restrictions.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
• Art must be original with no ideas or references copied,
• No prints or reproduction, with photography being the only exception.
• Art can be for sale or NFS.
• Art work cannot be taken down before the end of show.
Buyers can pick up after the show ends.
• All artwork must have the TAA label on the back with artist’s name, title, medium, price.
• 3D work that does not hang will be displayed on pedestals.
• Painted surfaces must be dry.
• A digital image of your work must accompany your email registration.
• All 2D or 3D (hangable) artwork must adhere to HANGING GUIDELINES for TAA link in green below.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Any artwork not abiding by these practices will be declined.
HOW TO NAME YOUR DIGITAL PHOTO ATTACHMENT:
Name the file as: LAST NAME FIRST NAME_ArtworkTitle_media_size (HxW).jpg
Example : SmithJane_RedTulips_acrylic_20h12w.jpg
